2. Product features of multi lane stick packing machine :
1. High degree of automation, using touch screen and reliable PLC control, bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, coding and bag cutting can be completed at one time.

3. Product description:
1) Practicality:
A. The standardized design of the equipment is not only beautiful but also has high hardness and is not easy to scratch; the parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel 304;
B. Taking into account the characteristics and filling accuracy of the packaging materials, use a hopper to contain the materials to be packaged. The measurement method is reasonably recommended based on the characteristics of the packaging materials, which is convenient and accurate;
C. The equipment can be equipped with a dust absorption device to prevent dust from being generated during filling of materials and ensure the sealing effect of the packaging bag.
D. The machine can print the production batch number and date with external color tape or laser coding machine.

2) Convenience: The use of the models considers humanized design.
A.PLC automatic control, touch screen operation, and humanized control interface make operation and parameter setting simple and fast, and have error prompts and self-diagnosis functions.
B. The length of the packaging bag can be adjusted online through the touch screen.
C. The machine will automatically stop and alarm when the packaging paper is used up (the touch screen displays the cause of the alarm). The machine is equipped with a packaging film docking device to ensure that paper replacement is quick and easy.
D. The packaging bag is sealed using the principle of heating and pressing. The heating temperatures for horizontal and vertical sealing are independently adjustable and the temperature is displayed in real time.
E. There is a compressed air on-off button on the control panel. If the air pressure is lower than the minimum set pressure, the machine will automatically stop and the cause of the fault will be displayed;
F. The speed is set by the operator, and the number of qualified products in the shift and the total output of the shift are visually displayed on the touch screen;

3) Safety: The machine is equipped with a safety door. When the safety door is opened, the machine will automatically stop (setting); at the same time, the machine is equipped with an emergency stop button to ensure the operator's personal safety.
4) Simple maintenance: The machine has a simple structural design, low failure rate, few wearing parts, and easy maintenance.
